Warranty & Return Policy


1-Year Limited Warranty

Every Transducer Buddy™ product is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a valid claim is submitted within the warranty period, Transomtech will repair or replace the product at no cost for parts and labor.

Customer is responsible for shipping the product to our facility; we cover return shipping after repair or replacement.

 

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Damage due to improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification

Loss or theft of product

 

Returns Policy

Due to the specialized nature of our product, we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects (including change of mind or preference).

If you believe your product is defective, please initiate a warranty claim following the process below.

 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Email mytransomtech@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and detailed photos of the issue.

Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and provide next steps.

If approved, you will receive instructions for shipping your product to our service facility.

 

Shipping Responsibility

Customer: Responsible for one-way shipping to Transomtech.

Transomtech: Covers return shipping after repair or replacement.
